Pittsburg turns 150 in 2026, and we want to use the opportunity to tell Pittsburg’s story of progress and resilience. Celebrate Pittsburg is a group representing organizations across the community that is working with the City of Pittsburg to create a structure for a year-long, community-wide celebration, and we want businesses, civic groups, churches, schools, individuals, and anyone else to feel ownership in this milestone. We are in the early stages, so this is a heads-up for your long-range planning.
